Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Usha Maharaj Coaching and Training website (“Site”) and services provided by Devajal Consulting (Pty) Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Services
We offer online training and coaching services. The details, duration, and pricing of each service are outlined on our Site or vie electronic communication.

Bookings and Confirmations
Bookings can be made online through our Site or via means communicated. Once submitted, the booking will be confirmed, and our payment and cancellation terms will apply.

A confirmation email with an invoice will be sent to the email address provided during booking. If you do not receive this email within three working days, please contact us at hello@ushamaharaj.com.

Payment and Refunds
Payment for bookings must be made in advance via the payment methods provided on our Site or as communicated electronically.

The price of each service will be displayed on the Site or in electronic communication and includes Value Added Tax (VAT).

Proof of payment must be submitted via email to hello@ushamaharaj.com, no later than two working days prior to the service date.

Refunds will only be provided in circumstances where there is an overbooking or the service is cancelled by us.

Cooling-off Period
All payments made by electronic transaction are subject to a cooling-off period of seven days as per Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act No. 25 of 2002. During this period, you may cancel your booking without penalty.

Cancellations
To cancel a booking, you must send a written cancellation notice to hello@ushamaharaj.com.

Cancellations received less than eight calendar days before the service date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.

No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to death or hospitalization, which may be subject to submission of adequate and appropriate evidence.

Substitutions and Transfers
You may substitute another person for your booking by sending a written request to hello@ushamaharaj.com at least 24 hours before the service date.

Requests to transfer your booking to a different date or service must be made in writing and are subject to availability and a possible administration fee.

Webcast Disclaimer
Whilst Usha Maharaj Coaching and Training takes all reasonable steps to ensure that access to our online training and coaching sessions is reliable and of high quality, we will not be held liable for any mistakes, omissions, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our online platforms. We cannot provide any warranty or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the information presented, the opinions of the presenters, or the perceived quality of the experiences or services rendered. Furthermore, we will not be held liable for the conduct of any host instructor or institution, or for any potential benefits not provided in connection with the information contained in the sessions.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Site and services.
Our liability shall be limited to the refund of the service fee.

Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our prior written consent.

Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our Site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
