Hi there. I'm Usha Maharaj, a CA(SA) with a passion for people!

Since stepping away from an executive position in corporate, I've been helping ambitious professionals to develop the mindset, skills and motivation to level up their careers and live a life they love.

How it all began

Growing up, I always dreamed that I would retire at the age of 40.

I had never imagined, though, that months before turning 40, I would actually be walking away from the high powered professional position as a Director in a Big-4 audit firm, to start afresh.

Amidst all of the shock and questions around me, I boldly stepped away from an exciting 16-year corporate career (that I loved), from a comfy monthly salary and from everything that was known and familiar… to begin the next part of my life’s journey.

My career began with a big 4 audit firm where I joined as a Trainee Accountant after graduating.

My career had all of the highs and lows of a high performing, male-dominated workplace.

I shattered setbacks, crushed challenges and conquered fears to enjoy a highly successful career which included qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (SA), many promotions along the way and spending my final 6 years in a global big 4 audit firm as a Director.

I'm happy when women are represented equally across society. It's what makes our lives more balanced as human beings who deserve equal opportunities at everything we do in work and life.

My corporate career was eventful and took me through promotions and turns until I earned my seat around the boardroom table as a corporate executive.

A journey through corporate is challenging enough, but navigating the unique obstacles presented to women in business, fuelled my passion to help more women stake their place in leadership.

Not only do I focus on improving your personal and leadership skills, but I also give you an insight into my personal journey to fast track your success.

Are you ready to shatter your obstacles and unlock the success you deserve?
