In 2014, I walked away from a fast-paced career as a Director in one of the big-4 audit firms, not because I had it all figured out, but because I strongly desired something more. More alignment. More meaning. More of me.

What started as a quiet search for purpose evolved into a powerful mission: to help women rise as the kind of leaders the world needs. A few years later, that mission led to a values-driven partnership with SAICA and the birth of the Leadership Evolution Masterclass Series (LEMS), which we have been hosting once a year since 2018.

I never imagined how deeply this work would change not only the women in the room, but me too.

LEMS isn’t just a program. It’s a call to come home to yourself, lead with clarity, and leave your legacy, unapologetically.

This module teaches the importance of shifting your perspective on networking and how to build trusted relationships. It covers critical success factors for networking and provides a framework for building connections.

MODULE 4

Brand and Market Yourself - Increase Your Influence
In this module, you will learn the powerful impact that branding can have on your career. From understanding the concept of power and influence through branding to developing a winning personal brand, you'll be equipped with the tools and strategies necessary to make a lasting impact.

MODULE 5

Body Language Tricks That Inspire Confidence - Awaken Your Inner Warrior
In this module, you will learn the psychology behind body language and how it impacts your interactions with others. You will understand the mind-body connection and how it can be used to your advantage to inspire confidence. You will also learn body language tricks and techniques that can help you to project confidence, authority and power.

MODULE 6

Celebrate Your Journey, Embed Your Learning
This module is all about celebrating the progress and growth that you have achieved throughout your LEMS journey. It is an opportunity to reflect on the personal shifts in thinking, beliefs, and behaviors that have occurred, and to acknowledge the progress of your fellow participants.

LEMS takes place over 6 months from TBC.

Participants will receive a detailed schedule of dates and times upon registration. 

Provisional dates for live group mentor sessions (online via Zoom) are:

All live sessions run from 10am to 12:30pm (SAST)

The live group coaching sessions last for 2.5 hours each, and you’ll have homework and learning materials to work through between sessions. To get the most out of the program, we recommend setting aside 2-3 hours per week to focus on your self-leadership development. This will ensure that you can fully participate and achieve the desired outcome.

Life happens, we get it. All sessions are recorded and replays are available. You’ll still have access to all materials, tools, and the private community so you’re always supported, even if you can’t be there live.

LEMS is for ambitious women employees and entrepreneurs, who are ready to lead more powerfully, in life, in work, and within themselves. Whether you’re in a career transition, returning from a break, seeking clarity, or stepping into a bigger role, this is for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just a willingness to grow.

Not at all. LEMS is less about job titles, and more about mindset. If you’re ambitious, values-driven, and ready to lead intentionally (even if you’re still defining what leadership looks like for you), this experience will meet you powerfully.

All online programs are available and accessible from any part of the world. If attending the live sessions is not always possible from your timezone, you can still be a part of this journey through the recorded replays.
